    • Proposal seems fairly straight forward.
    • Resources match the cost – is that because tuition and funding comes based on what you need?
      • They seem to have enough in their budget to cover that so they just made it match.
      • What happens in fiscal year budget after FY 22?
        • The narrative explains that these are funds they were already spending but it’s just being reallocated.
    • Assistant and Director is at 200K – seems to be a total including both.
    • Marketing expenses – they say they don’t need additional support but all marketing materials for both schools will need to be updated and the proposed budget seems a little low. It depends on how they will market and recruit for each school.
      • How are materials and resources being split?
        • No mention of space renovation or set up of administrative offices.
        • How are the units being reorganized?
    • The chair will send an email to clarify marketing costs and the committee will vote via email after a response has been received.
