• The question about the marketing number was forwarded to the submitter but there has not yet been a response.
  • Is it big enough considering the program was cancelled in 2016?
• The budget numbers have been fixed.
  • Corina has developed an updated budget form with a corrected formula.
    • ‘Check your math’ field is for the submitter to compare and match the narrative to the budget, but it’s not clear in the instructions that that is what the check point is for.
• The narrative – the Provost’s office has agreed to support with 40K per year for two years.
  • That sounds unusually high. A question regarding the narrative will be forwarded to the submitter to confirm the amount.
    • Motion to provisionally approve the proposal provided the questions are answered; seconded. The motion passed with 6 in favor, none against. None abstaining.

• The new budget form has been forwarded to the Executive Committee Liaison with a request about ways to make this form accessible.
