Who is developing the new courses? Are there accreditation requirements? Does it require a tenure track faculty members to develop courses or is it alright for non-tenure track faculty to develop them?

There is a sudden jump in year 4 tuition. Is this incremental revenue? How is it calculated? Is it calculated appropriately

It appears as if students who are pursuing a masters will also get the certificate. It it’s not clear yet if it’s automatically granted or if it depends on courses taken.
