      • Recap – the Curriculum Council first discussed this proposal on April 12. College of Engineering (COE) representatives requested that approval of the proposal be delayed: to allow COE time to review the online component, which was not initially included in the proposal; to wait until after the April 19 10-year review of the BEE graduate program; to provide time for the COE and College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) deans to work out the revenue distribution since the MENG is a COE degree living in CAS; and, because there is an MOU between CAS and Ecampus, an MOU between COE and Ecampus needs to be established. A motion to delay approval until April 26 passed. Motion to table until May 3 passed on April 26.
