1. Non-credit Courses – Rebecca Mathern

  • As previously discussed, Rebecca noted that last winter and spring she had a conversation with the Curriculum Council regarding non-credit courses. Susana Rivera-Mills charged a group to develop a standard syllabi, and the Curriculum Council approved the steps necessary to approve a non-credit course. Until the CIM is implemented, non-credit courses are managed manually. Syllabi for the below courses are in order and ready to be approved.

The Council will continue discussing the proposal.

  • All materials distributed during a meeting shall be forwarded electronically to Vickie Nunnemaker prior to the meeting to ensure that remote participants also receive the materials.
