Submission of the below forms acknowledges that the sender meets all of the below eligibility requirements: 
 

  • Sender is a current OSU employee or student; and
  • The home being listed is the sender's primary residence and the sender is the owner of the home; and
  • The primary residence is available due to an OSU approved absence, such as a sabbatical or internship.
