A. ELECTION RESULTS
President Dan Edge will announce the results of the President-Elect, Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Senator, and Executive Committee elections.
 
B. ACTION ITEM
   Executive Committee Run-off Election
If necessary, a run-off ballot will be distributed during the meeting to determine a tie for Executive Committee. See biographical sketches for the Executive Committee candidates. Voting will take place during the meeting by Senators, proxies, and ex-officio members only. Continuing Executive Committee members and their apportionment units are: Alix Gitelman, Science, and Bernadine Strik, Agricultural Sciences. Additionally, Mary Cluskey, Public Health and Human Sciences, will join the Executive Committee as the senior Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Senator.
 
C. SPECIAL REPORTS
1. Fiscal Year 2015 Budget
Sherm Bloomer, Director of Budget and Fiscal Planning will summarize and explain the Fiscal Year 2015 budget.
 
2. Transportation Services Update
Meredith Williams, Associate Director, Transportation Services, will provide an update on recent activities in the Transportation Services Department, including a report on the new zonal parking system.
 
D. COMMITTEE REPORT
    Executive Committee Report
Nell Winokur O’Malley, Executive Committee member, will report on summer and fall term Executive Committee activities.
 
E. INTERINSTITUTIONAL FACULTY SENATE REPORT
Karen Hooker, Senior IFS Senator, will present a brief report on the November IFS meeting.
 
F. INFORMATION ITEMS
1. Faculty Senate Elections
Voting for Faculty Senate President-Elect and Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Senator (combined ballot) ends at 9:00 AM on December 10. Voting for Faculty Senators (election ballots) ends at Noon on December 12. All eligible faculty represented by the Faculty Senate may vote in both elections.
Executive Committee voting ends at 9:00 AM on December 10, and only current Senators are eligible to vote.
All elections are electronic and were sent via email from the Faculty Senate address.
 
2. New Senator Orientation
The New Senator Orientation will be held January 8. If you are a continuing Senator, but were unable to attend the orientation when you were elected, please contact Vickie Nunnemaker if you would like to attend the upcoming session.

3. 2015 Faculty Senate Meetings
Please reserve the following dates for Faculty Senate meetings for the remainder of the academic year; check your monthly agenda to determine the location. All meetings are scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM: January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, and June 11. As a reminder, Senators are responsible for finding a proxy to represent them when unable to attend. Additionally, Senators and proxies may participate remotely by logging in to http://live.oregonstate.edu/.
