Purpose
To examine the current policies of OSU regarding intellectual properties created in the process of curriculum development and scholarly activities. To determine the extent to which these policies encourage scholarship and intellectual development, and respect the ownership of the properties. Particular attention to be given to changes or clarification in policy that may be needed to incorporate computer-mediated and distance education technologies into accepted scholarly standards.
